Course Synopsis
Part of the Leadership and People Management courses, Strategic Leadership aims to equip learners with the skillsets for directing team leaders in the development of business unit strategies, operational plans and corporate governance management to meet organizational needs. It equips learners with better communication skills to provide direction and guidance to team leaders through regular engagement, modelling of leadership and expected behaviours.
