Our Corporate Structure
Coursemology Pte Ltd is the parent company of:
- Aestheticar Pte Ltd - SSG Registered Training Provider
- Associates Consulting Pte Ltd - SSG Registered Training Provider
Coursemology Pte Ltd holds a 51% shareholding in each of these companies.
Each Registered Training Provider remains a separate legal entity and is responsible for its own training programmes, course requirements, delivery and other responsibilities as an RTP.
When you enquire about or enrol in a course through Coursemology, the relevant Registered Training Provider for that particular programme will be clearly identified.
Our Role

Aestheticar Pte Ltd is an SSG Registered Training Provider offering training programmes across areas including food safety, automotive and air-conditioning maintenance, artificial intelligence and other practical workplace skills.
Aestheticar's training programmes are delivered in accordance with the requirements applicable to the respective programmes.
For courses offered by Aestheticar, Aestheticar Pte Ltd is the Registered Training Provider.
Associates Consulting Pte Ltd
Associates Consulting Pte Ltd is an SSG Registered Training Provider with experience in management systems, workplace skills and professional training.
Its training portfolio includes programmes covering areas such as environmental cleaning, Microsoft Office and productivity tools, first aid, hairstyling, human resource and wellness-related training, as well as other workplace skills.
For courses offered by Associates Consulting, Associates Consulting Pte Ltd is the Registered Training Provider.
