By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- LO1. Recognise customers’ needs, expectations and potential triggers in their service environment
- LO2. Perform measures to address urgent customer needs in accordance with organisational requirements and procedures
- LO3. Respond to service challenges by applying service recovery procedures and clear communications
- LO4. Recognise service challenges that need to be escalated to their supervisors
- LO5. Identify areas for improvement based on feedback given by customers

- Role Play
Completion requirements: Fulfill at least 75% min attendance and pass assessments – competent (Refer to mode of assessment for details)
Certification & Validity
Upon successful completion of all assessments, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
