Ang Ku Kueh, Kueh Salat, Ondeh Ondeh and 9 Layer Kueh Workshop
Join this hands-on workshop and learn to create a delightful range of soft, chewy and beautifully layered traditional kuehs inspired by classic local flavours of pandan, coconut and gula melaka. In this immersive session, you will develop essential techniques to produce traditional kuehs with well-balanced flavour and consistent results:
Ang Ku Kueh – soft, chewy skin with rich, fragrant filling and traditional moulded design
Ondeh Ondeh – pandan-infused balls with molten gula melaka centre coated in coconut
Kueh Salat – fragrant coconut rice base layered with smooth pandan custard
9 Layer Kueh – colourful, soft and springy layered kueh with a chewy bite
