This hands‑on workshop introduces learners to the fundamentals of making handcrafted Western pasta from scratch. Participants will learn pasta dough preparation, shaping techniques for various pasta types, and the preparation of classic Western sauces.

Not applicable. Training is conducted in a classroom setting with hands‑on practice. Learners will work at fully equipped stations and observe live demonstrations by in‑house chefs covering the complete pasta‑making process.
