Signature Mooncake Making Workshop
Join our festive, hands-on Mooncake Making Workshop and learn to craft a variety of premium, bakery-style mooncakes from scratch under the guidance of experienced chefs.
In this immersive 1-day session, you will create 3 signature mooncake varieties, each with its own unique texture and flavour profile:
- 3Q Mooncake – a delightful combination of soft mochi, rich salted egg yolk, and savoury floss, offering a satisfying balance of chewy, creamy, and savoury textures
- Snow Lava Mooncake – a modern favourite featuring a soft, delicate skin with a smooth, molten-style filling that delivers a rich and indulgent bite
- Flaky Mooncake – a traditional-style pastry with light, crispy layers wrapped around flavourful fillings such as red bean and salted egg
You will also prepare essential fillings including sweet red bean paste, fragrant salted egg yolk, chewy mochi, and savoury salted egg floss, gaining hands-on experience in combining flavours and textures.
By the end of the workshop, you will have the skills to produce beautifully handcrafted mooncakes that are perfect for festive gifting or personal enjoyment.
