Serve Food and Beverage to Customers
Interaction with guests is paramount for ensuring total customer satisfaction. This course covers teaches front liners in F&B workplaces to deliver total customer satisfaction, starting from the guest pre-arrival preparation, up till the time guests leave the outlet. If properly executed, it can lead to higher business returns.
