I just finished a first aid class. The instructors were very attentive and patient. It was the most relaxing first aid class I've ever taken, and I easily remembered what they taught me.

A very big thank you to Mr Loo Hee Jin. He is the spotlight of the whole lessons with him around. I wish to express my gratitude toward Mr Loo for taking time and patience to guide me as a senior who repeatedly made mistakes again and again. Appreciate his thoughtfulness, very fortunate to have Mr Loo as Lecturer and Trainer. Made my course very worthwhile 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The aerial photography & videography is A great course to attend. Learnt real life knowledge from the very experienced instructors Jeffrey Loo & Melvin Ho. They ensure we learnt from our mistakes & ensure we are confident to handle the crafts to our best abilities. They made complicated stuff easy & fun to understand.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tampines outlet.

The front counter staff (seated on the left side, near the classroom entrance) provided poor customer service. I was having difficulty scanning the QR code and politely asked for assistance several times. Instead of offering help, she appeared unwilling to assist and displayed an unfriendly facial expression, making me feel very unwelcome.

For my second attendance, I noticed they are in lunch break, so I get her colleague called her out to assist me, she still looked unhappy and reluctant to help.

Customer service should be patient and professional, especially when customers are experiencing technical issues. I hope the management will look into this and improve the service experience at this outlet.
