Terms and Conditions for Coursemology.sg Website and Services
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) applies to the website Coursemology.sg (“Sites”) operated by Olympus Learning Academy Pte Ltd (201100010Z) on behalf of its related companies listed below (collectively, “OLA” or “we”).

Our provision and your use of OLA Services are also subject to and governed by these T&Cs.
Acceptance of Terms
Please read these T&Cs carefully. By accessing any of the Sites and/or by using OLA Services, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not access the Sites nor use OLA Services.
OLA reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time at our sole discretion by posting the updated T&Cs on the Sites and OLA Services or by sending registered Customers an email notice of the changes. All changes will take effect when published on the Sites or OLA Services or when notified to you. If any change is unacceptable to you, you shall cease accessing or using the Sites and OLA Services immediately. If you do not cease accessing or using the Sites and OLA Services, your continued access to or use of the Sites and OLA Services following any modification in these T&Cs will constitute your conclusive acceptance of the T&Cs as modified.
Use of OLA Services
To purchase products and/or use services through OLA Services, we may require that you first register an account with OLA (“OLA Account”).
Registration must only be done by individuals who are at least 18 years of age; and are not barred from using OLA Services under any applicable laws. By using OLA Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
To register for an account, we may request for and you must provide certain personal details to us, including a valid mobile number and a unique email address. You will also be asked to choose and provide a password upon registration to secure your account. You represent and warrant that all details provided by you are true, accurate, current, and complete.
Alternatively, you may use your existing login information on your selected social network providers (currently Apple and/or Google) to register for an account. If you choose to register for an account in this manner, you acknowledge and agree to the sharing of your personal data from your social network provider to OLA for the purpose of establishing an OLA Account. For the avoidance of doubt, OLA does not manage or monitor the collection of data by your social network provider. Any data provided to or collected by your social network provider is also subject to the terms and conditions of such provider.
You are responsible for: (i) maintaining the security and confidentiality of your OLA Account and your account password; (ii) restricting access to your OLA Account to only yourself and not allowing any third party to access your account; (iii) any purchases and activities that are submitted under your OLA Account whether or not such purchases and activities are undertaken with your knowledge or authority; (iv) ensuring that all details provided during registration or any other time are correct and complete. Upon successful registration, you can update your particulars in the ‘My Profile’ page.
You agree to immediately notify OLA if you are aware or have reason to suspect any unauthorised use of your password or OLA Account or any other breach of security by contacting us.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the registration of any individual or corporate member and/or the use of any OLA Services at any time in our sole discretion for any reason, including and not limited to the following:
- accounts of Customers that we suspect have been compromised or used in breach of these T&Cs; or
- any abuse or misuse of OLA Services, including the registration of multiple accounts by a single customer.
You acknowledge and agree that OLA may, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, access, preserve, and/or disclose your account information, all communications to and from you and all information relating to your use of OLA Services as and when we consider necessary for any reason, including (i) identifying or resolving technical problems with your account; (ii) responding to your requests; (iii) verifying any suspected irregular transaction; (iv) if OLA is required to do so by law or legal process; or (v) if OLA determines, in its sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the rights of OLA, third parties, and other users of OLA Services.
You agree to comply with all instructions and guidelines that we may publish or issue with respect to and in order to access and use OLA Services.
Data Policy
We collect personal data such as your name, contact information (e.g. mobile number and email address) and other information that may identify you or is personal to you, when you register an account, use OLA Services or enter into transactions with us (or express interest in doing so). Personal data which you provide to us is subject to our Privacy Policy (available at https://coursemology.sg/privacy-policy/) which is incorporated by reference into these T&Cs. You consent to our Privacy Policy and our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that any and all content associated with or published on the Sites and/or OLA Services that we may make available to you (including domain names, information, data, software, photographs, graphics, typefaces, music, sounds, videos, podcasts and other material) (collectively, “Content”) and all proprietary and intellectual property rights associated therewith, whether registered or not, are protected by law and are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not modify, reproduce, copy or distribute any of our Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Nothing in this T&Cs shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Content without our prior written consent.
Restrictions on use of the Sites and OLA Services
You will access and use the Sites and OLA Services only for non-commercial purposes. You will access and use the Sites and OLA Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and these T&Cs. You acknowledge and agree that OLA may at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice, reason or any obligation to you, temporarily or permanently, change, suspend or discontinue any Sites or OLA Services, any of its Content, and/or access to part or all of it. You further agree that you will not use the Sites and/or OLA Services for or in connection with any of the following:
- disseminate any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
- transmit material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence or results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice;
- gain unauthorised access to other computer systems;
- interfere with any other person’s access of use of the Sites and/or OLA Services;
- interfere or disrupt networks or web sites connected to the Sites and/or OLA Services;
- directly or indirectly access, store, upload, distribute or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, software bombs or any other malware, any malicious communications or anything offensive, defamatory, infringing of the rights of others or unlawful, or allow any other person to do so;
- make, transmit or store electronic copies of our Content without the prior written consent of OLA;
- resell or make commercial use of the Sites, OLA Services or any Content therein;
- modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works of, transfer, or sell any Content;
- collect or use any product listings or descriptions;
- use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods on the Sites and/or OLA Services;
- other than for your use of the Sites and OLA Services as expressly permitted in these T&Cs, access or attempt to access any systems or servers on which the Sites or OLA Services are hosted, or modify or alter the Sites or OLA Services in any way;
- forge headers, create a false identity or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to deceive others or disguise the origin of any Content or other information transmitted from, to or via the Sites and/or OLA Services;
- use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including the images found on the Sites and/or OLA Services, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page) without OLA’s express written consent; or
- use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing a OLA name, trademark, or product name without OLA’s express written consent.
In the event of any non-compliance with these T&Cs, including any unauthorised use of the Sites and/or OLA Services, we may without prejudice to other rights and remedies, immediately without notice, terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to part or all of the Sites and/or OLA Services.
Availability of the Sites, OLA Services and OLA products
Whilst we endeavour to make access to the Sites and OLA Services available, we do not guarantee any availability or service level with respect to the Sites and/or OLA Services. The Sites and OLA Services may with or without prior notice be unavailable, including when undergoing scheduled or unscheduled repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. OLA disclaims any and all liability for any unavailability, delay, malfunction, suspension or interruption of the Sites and/or OLA Services, including inaccessibility due to network problems.
With respect to orders submitted for services and products through the Sites and/or OLA Services, if a service or product becomes unavailable for whatever reason, OLA reserves the right to remove the unavailable service or product and to process the other services and products that are available.
Apart from refunding any advance fees collected in respect of any unavailable service or product, OLA shall not be liable to you or any other person for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered in respect of any unavailable service or product or any inability to fulfil any order.
Pricing and Product Information
Whilst we endeavour to do so, we provide no guarantee that the pricing, product description and/or promotional information provided through or on the Sites and/or OLA Services will be accurate, current, updated, or complete. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that:
product pictures and information on the Sites and/or OLA Services (if any) are provided for illustrative purposes only, and may not be an exact match or representative of the product and services provided; and
the prices and pricing information on the Sites and/or OLA Services may change and differ from time to time.
In the event of any price difference or error, caused by any reason including price changes, changes in regulatory funding policies, promotions, mislabelling, and/or mispricing, we reserve the right to adjust the prices and to issue further bills to you for payment, notwithstanding that a final bill or online bill has been presented to you, or if payment has already been collected from you.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed are in Singapore dollars.
Order Confirmation
It is your responsibility to review the details (including product selected, pricing, funding and applicable fees etc.) carefully before submitting an order. When you place an order, you agree to all amounts, service fees and other additional charges (if any) and the final ‘Total’ amount which is displayed at the checkout page. You will be deemed to be aware of, and you accept responsibility to pay all amounts incurred under your OLA Account. All such amounts incurred are due immediately upon your submission of an order and are non-refundable.
Except for changes in schedule and/or contact details, OLA reserves the right to reject any changes to an order once the order is processed. Changes in schedule and/or contact details, if permitted by OLA, may be subject to payment of an administrative fee.

Order Cancellation, Refunds and Exchange
You may be entitled to cancel, refund and/or exchange any OLA Services you have purchased, but only if provided for and in accordance with our Refund and Transfer Policy (located at https://coursemology.sg/faq/).
Certain OLA Services may not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, including all courses.
Payment
Payment information is transmitted through a secured payment channel – Paynow and BankTransfer
OLA reserves the right to change the modes or methods of payment at any time.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The Sites and OLA Services (including the respective Contents and any service or product provided therein) are provided on a “as is” and “as available” basis only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in respect of the Sites, OLA Services and the respective Contents and any service or product therein, OLA expressly disclaims all warranties whether express, implied or arising from statute or otherwise in law, or from course of dealing or usage of trade, including but not limited to, any warranties:
- of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for any purpose, title or non-infringement;
- as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability;
- as to the applicability or suitability;
- as to the security, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of any transactions and other communications made through the Sites and/or OLA services;
- that the Sites and/or OLA services are free of viruses, trackers, bugs, worms, time bombs, trojan horses, trap doors or other codes designed to permit unauthorised access, to disable, modify, erase, damage, steal or usurp data or otherwise harm any data or computer system; and/or
- that the Sites and/or OLA services will not harm any data or your computing system or devices.
No agent or representative of OLA is authorized to make any warranty or representation in respect of given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, merchantability or otherwise of the services or product offered and/or supplied.
Limitation of Liability
You unreservedly acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk in connection with the access to and use of the Sites and/or OLA Services, including its Contents and any service or product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, loss of profits or revenue, or any other damages or loss however arising from such use of and access to the Sites and/or OLA Services, and/or your visit or use of any third party site or app.
To the extent that OLA is liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from the Sites and/or OLA Services, including its Contents and any service or product therein or any other breach of OLA’s obligations hereunder, such liability shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the service or product giving rise to such liability.
You are responsible for evaluating and selecting the services and products relevant and appropriate to you. While the Sites and OLA Services may make available general information on its service and products, OLA is not providing any advisory service and it is your responsibility to assess the information and its applicability to you. All such information may also be subject to change for a variety of reasons including regulation updates and changes. OLA reserves the right to change or update such information at any time without prior notice.
Third Party Sites, Apps & Contents
There may be occasions where materials on or of third parties are provided on or through the Sites and/or OLA Services. OLA is not responsible for the content and activities of any third party site or app.
Your visit or use of any third party site or app linked from the Sites and/or OLA Services is entirely at your own risk. Your visit and use of such third party sites or applications may also be subject to such additional terms & conditions as may be imposed by the respective third parties for the use of their site, app and contents.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any claim or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs and/or use of or access to the Sites and/or OLA Services (“Dispute”) shall be submitted for mediation at the Mediation Centre of the Consumer Association of Singapore (“CASE”) in accordance with CASE’s mediation procedure in force for the time being. Either party may submit a request to mediate to CASE upon which the other party will be bound to participate in the mediation within the time period prescribed by CASE. If the Dispute cannot be resolved at mediation, such Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved through the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these T&Cs (including the performance of delivery of any service or produce) if the failure is due a Force Majeure Event. A “Force Majeure Event” shall be an event arising from causes beyond the control of OLA, including but not limited to, acts of God or public enemies, acts of civil or military authority, labour disputes, fires, riots, wars or conditions of war, embargoes, accidents, pandemics, epidemics, floods or other unusually severe weather, closing or obstruction of highways, bridges or ferries, any of which have a material, substantial and adverse effect on OLA’s ability to perform.
Miscellaneous
If any provision in these T&Cs is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or representations. Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these T&Cs shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Our rights and remedies under these T&Cs are cumulative and not exclusive of any other right or remedy provided by law or equity. The headings used in these T&Cs are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of the provisions herein. You may not transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations. We may transfer or assign or novate any of our rights and obligations.
Terms and Conditions for Courses on Coursemology.sg website
These Terms and Conditions applies to all courses delivered or conducted by or for and on behalf of Olympus Learning Academy Pte Ltd and its related companies listed below (collectively, “OLA” or “we”), other than courses delivered or conducted through OLA Services. For the avoidance of doubt, courses delivered or conducted through OLA Services shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions for Website and OLA Services.

The personal information collected is for the use of course registration, account servicing of course-related activities, course survey and / or for application of course-related funding (only if applicable) to respective funding-related agencies / bodies / organisations (SSG, WSG, CPE, etc). Information will also be further used if you have accepted (opted in) to receive marketing and promotional materials from us and our affiliates or related entities. Trainee shall be bound by Olympus Learning Academy Pte Ltd (OLA) Privacy Policy as shown at https://www.coursemology.sg/personal-data-privacy-statement/
OLA is committed on maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information and undertakes not to reveal applicant’s information to any third parties outside of OLA and its affiliates and related bodies (other than regulating authorities, funding-related agencies and / or authorised data intermediaries by OLA) and programme partners (including respective exam agencies of the programmes) without prior consent of the applicant.
Course Registration and Course Fee
- Trainee is to have the minimum literacy or / and numeracy level to follow-through and complete the course if there are no specific pre-requisites.
- Trainee is to select the correct and suitable language medium of the course (if any) during registration.
- Trainee that has any form of health issue, learning disability or any disability that will impact the normal facilitation of the course and engagement in the learning process MUST declare (in writing) and inform OLA before signing this registration form

- The course fees are subjected to GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Payment can be made as follows: Self-sponsored Trainee: / Company Sponsored Trainee : PayNow, BankTransfer or SkillFuture credit
- Self-sponsored trainee can utilize SkillsFuture Credit to pay for selected courses (subjected to the availability of the credit in Trainee’s account)
Course Schedule, Class Size and Mode of Delivery
The course schedule is subject to changes, OLA reserves the rights to cancel, or re-schedule the class without prior notice
Funded Courses
For all government funded courses, Trainee must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, aged 21 years and above to be eligible for the funding.
For selected funded courses, Trainee will be permitted to pay upfront a portion of the course fee at the point of application.
For Absentee Payroll, company will submit Absentee Payroll Declaration with the required information in the Enterprise Portal for Jobs and Skills (EPJS) upon receiving SSG email.
For attendance falls below 75% (exclude assessment), trainee is required to retake the module. All retake modules must be completed within 60 calendar days from the initial course end date enrolled in. Make-up class request will be arranged upon payment of admin fee of $15.00 (inclusive of GST).
For absent from the course or assessment, trainee is required to re-enrol the course within 60 calendar days from the initial course run end date enrolled in. Trainee is to pay for the stated / subsidised course fees and administrative charge
In the event Trainee fails to meet any of the requirements set under the funding scheme (as stated below or otherwise), resulting the funding claim application is rejected by the respective funding agency due to any reasons, Trainee is liable to pay the balance of the course fee (the potential funding amount) to OLA or to the relevant funding agency:
General Funding
- Granted funding for the same course before with OLA or with other training provider.
- Fails to achieve minimum attendance requirement.
- Fails to sit for the required exam / assessment. (Where applicable)
- Fails the required exam / assessment. (Where applicable)
SSG Funding
- Granted funding for the same course before with OLA or with other training provider
- Fails to achieve 75% attendance.
- Fails to sit for the required exam / assessment. (Where applicable)
- Fails the required exam / assessment. (Where applicable)
Absent and Request of Deferment / Transfer / Replacement / Withdrawal of Course
For Trainee who is absent with valid reasons (eg. MC, hospitalisation), make-up class may be provided. Provision of make-up class is at OLA’s discretion and is subjected to the availability of resources.
For deferment / transfer / withdrawal of courses, a written notice must be submitted and received by OLA 2 weeks before course commencement.
If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in Clause above, the PEI will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, please refer to our FAQ section for more details.
Course Evaluation and Survey
OLA Course evaluation will be conducted on the last day of the course.
SSG Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement survey (TRAQOM) will be conducted upon completion of the SSG course. Trainee is required to provide personal email address and phone number for the survey. On the last day of the course, an email invitation will be sent with the hyperlink to access the Quality Survey. At least 6 months after the course end date, an email invitation will be sent with the hyperlink to access the Outcomes Survey.
For selected courses, the first survey will be conducted 3 months after course completion. Next survey will be conducted 6 months after course completion.
As part of our quality improvement, service follow-up survey may also be conducted after a reasonable interval upon course completion.
Exam and Assessment
Trainee is to be punctual on the day of exam / assessment.
Late comer will be barred from taking the exam / assessment.
Trainee, who is found cheating, will be barred from the exam / assessment. OLA reserves the rights to take necessary actions.
If Trainee fails the exam / assessment and wish to appeal, trainee may submit the appeal form and make necessary payment before the submission deadline.
WSQ Electronic Certificate (e-Cert)
Trainee will receive WSQ e-Cert upon meeting minimum attendance requirement and / or pass the required exam / assessment.
Based on specific courses, trainees can access / download SSG full qualifications & transcripts after assessment results are uploaded successfully.
Trainee can go to MySkillsFuture online portal to download WSQ e-Certs.
e-Cert will be ready 1 working day after trainees’ assessment results are successfully uploaded on TPGateway.
Trainee’s employer can verify the authenticity of the certificates at MySkillsFuture online portal. http://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg
Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
For Skills ethical hacking and cybersecurity related courses, Trainee understand that live demonstrations on threats to cybersecurity may be conducted during the course. No skills and know-how pertaining to these demonstrations (“Technical Skills”) will be intentionally taught to trainee. By registering for such courses, Trainee undertakes not to use, in any circumstance (unless otherwise permitted by law) any Technical Skills which may be indirectly taught during the demonstrations conducted.
Trainee further undertakes to fully indemnify and keep, and to release, waive and discharge, OLA and its directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, third-party partners and any other third-party vendors/trainers hired by it (“Releasees”), harmless, from and against any causes of action, claims, liabilities, costs and expenses which may be made or brought against the Releasees or Trainee, or which either of them may suffer or incur, as a result of the trainee’s unauthorized use of the Technical Skills; and further covenants not to bring a claim against the Releasees for all liability and causes of action arising out of any loss, or damages, as a result of such unauthorized use.
This provision shall ensure for a period of 6 years from the conclusion of the course.
Conduct and Behaviour
All Trainees are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with OLA’s values and applicable policies when attending any course delivered or conducted by or for and on behalf of OLA. Amongst other, a Trainee shall not engage in inappropriate language or conduct whilst attending such a course, whether such language or conduct is directed towards OLA’s employees or representatives, fellow Trainees or otherwise A Trainee may be excluded from, and/or asked to leave, the relevant class or course without any refund of the course fees if, in the sole opinion of OLA, the Trainee’s conduct or behaviour has been inappropriate. In all cases concerning the appropriateness of a Trainee’s conduct or behaviour, the decision of OLA shall be final.
