I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from your school on August 15th. I needed to book a food hygiene course for three of my staff members and tried reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp and phone calls. Despite my efforts, including speaking with the operator who informed me that the two ladies in charge might be off, I was assured someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any replies until the next day around noon, after I had already booked through another school.I was even transferred to the head office when I called this morning, but no one responded. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer who has regularly sent employees to your courses. As a result, I've chosen to book elsewhere, costing your school $500 in lost business today and thousands of lost business $$$ in future.I hope the owner reads this review and understands the impact of such poor customer service. I will never send another candidate to your school again and cannot recommend your services to anyone.

He is well qualified and explained the concepts, terminology, legal dos and don'ts of drone flying in Singapore.We had multiple practical sessions during the course and with Jeff Loo's patience all students are now competent drone flyers.So, sign up, be present and fly!
I attended the food safety course level 1 (Chinese) conducted by Instructor Loo. Instructor Loo was very knowledgeable and engaging during the whole session. The course was informative and he shared many practical tips which are useful for future F&B work and home use.

Big Dogs walked into the classroom when we were preparing food. He tried to eat the food n that shocked us. This is totally unacceptable and how can the school allow dogs in cooking class? The overall room is not meant for cooking . No exhaust fan. Trainer n team mates are nice. Enjoy the lesson so much .

Our facilitator Mr Anandan is very knowledgeable and got sense of humour. You won’t fall asleep totally. Staff are very helpful especially Wendy and the rest at the reception counter. Recommended ❤️
Trainer Anandan is friendly and knowledgeable in his teaching in the food safety course. He is approachable and easy going and therefore we don't feel tense at all. Thank you sir! Ashley is very friendly and clear in her teachings. She gives a lot of real life situations to emphasize the importance of food hygiene and safety.However, Peter who tested the practical part was unreasonable and scolded me when I tried to explain myself for not taking back the plate of cucumbers that I sold to the customer.

At times he explained in Mandarin to enable some non-english speaking learners to understand better. Staff at the Reception Desk are very helpful too.
