Attended the Food Safety Level 1 course, it's a one day session. The instructor Mr Albert Ng was friendly and focused on the key points, making everything easy to understand
The course includes lunch hour, short breaks, and light bites with beverages are provided
At the end, there’s an MCQ, theory, and practical test, but there's no need to worry. The instructor is very supportive and helps ensure everyone completes the course confidently
