Excel course - Projector was faulty, resulting in the course commencing half an hour later. We were told to move to another room but would be hot; only comes with a blower. Was quite shocked at the logistical challenges. Admin also forgot to refund me the deposit in cash and only called me sometime after I had left… so had to walk back (for their oversight). Sigh.
Premises a little messy and disorganised. Was told that there would be light refreshments but ended up not much; only saw water dispenser and some very basic plain crackers.

Really enjoyed the artisanal bread baking course. First timer in bread baking and can follow well. Highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn how to bake for the first time
Trainer Maya is knowledgeable and are generous on sharing tips on bread making.
She engages well with the students and makes the lessons interesting.
The classroom facilities should be improved. Tables are wobbly with sharp corners and aircon is turned off before lesson ends.

My dim sum instructor is Maya and her class was very fun and engaging. She has lots of experience in dim sum and very knowledgeable in her expertise. Will definitely like to sign up more classes conducted by her in future.
