- LO1. Define the required flow, structure and contents of reports and other business communiques
- LO2. Create effective business reports and communiques with the help of generative AI tools •
- LO3. Review drafted communiques for sufficiency of coverage and completeness with the help of generative AI tools
- LO4. Edit drafted communiques to minimise errors with the help of generative AI tools
- LO5. Submit finalised reports and communiques to relevant stakeholders
- LO6. Elicit feedback for improvement from relevant stakeholders
Minimum Entry Requirement
- At least a GCE ‘N’ Level graduate or a Workplace Literacy Level 5 or higher
- At least one year of working experience in a role that uses computers at work
- Learners who do not meet the education qualification requirements but have at least 3 years of relevant working experience can be admitted on a case-by-case basis subject to approval by the Management Representative.
