Mr Pan Tsian Choong, an excellent trainer. I attended the Food Safety Course 【Course Run ID:1221764】on 07/Nov 2025 @Jurong East. Mr TC Pan is very informatives, METICULOUS & with his heart, soul & mind he patiently, cheerfully guided us. Adding some humours to his teaching, had kept the class lively & wide awake attentively. It's a great blessings to have Mr TC Pan as our Trainer. Attended the Food Safety Level 1 course, it's a one day session. The instructor Mr Albert Ng was friendly and focused on the key points, making everything easy to understand

The course includes lunch hour, short breaks, and light bites with beverages are provided

At the end, there’s an MCQ, theory, and practical test, but there's no need to worry. The instructor is very supportive and helps ensure everyone completes the course confidently

The counter staff were also approachable and helpful

Overall, a good and smooth learning experience

The training centre has good teaching materials book and powerpoint slides and videos too . The trainer Mr Ng is very patience , clear and willing to share extra knowledge from his experience. It was a good experience.

I attended the class today at tampinese for the hygiene level one course.
I am vry vry impressed with my trainer mr pan for his professionalism and articulate delivery of this class lesson
It was a day learning full of fun as it made the lesson very interesting and all the students vry clear and impress one of the student Marcia even requested to take a photo with mr pan with her before she left the class she said before she left mr pan your very good in public speaking and I would recommend more of my friends to his class because of his kindess and patience and sincerity.

Always wanted to learn how to make/bake sourdough bread! Value for $$$ with skillsfuture subsidy. Chef Amy is knowledgeable and very approachable.
