* Training grant is not a prerequisite for course registration
* Update SME Profile on EPJS Portal to ensure Absentee Payroll eligibility
* Company is eligible for up to 70% subsidy on course fees if eligible for training grant; subject to SSG approval
2. Pay and Attend
Receive Invoice
Make Payment & Attend Class*
* Student must be assessed competent to be eligible for training grant and Absentee Payroll
3. Claim Absentee Payroll
Be notified via email to do Absentee Payroll (AP) Declaration on EPJS; Complete AP Declaration
Receive AP after 2.5 weeks

Absentee Payroll
| SC & PR — Learn more about Absentee Payroll | $4.50/hr, with $100,000 annual cap per enterprise |
| SC (≥35 yrs old) / Special Needs Persons (≥13 yrs old); earning ≤$2,300/month | 95% of hourly basic salary |
