The course manager is approachable and her way if conducting the lesson is very engaging
It's a good hands on workshop to learn a few peranakan dishes. Get to bring back the dishes home to share.
Great trainer in Chef Ken, but unfortunately overshadowed by a hazardous work area with plugs and wires all over the floor. Ingredients not prepared to course materials. I work in a job with heavy travelling and took this course up because it was mentioned it's ok as long as my start date is before the skillsfuture credit is due, turns out I had to rebook 2 work trips and took 3 redeye flights thanks to this fraudulent advise. All they said was sorry and brushed it under the carpet. Best part is the owner did something rather hazardous when the instructor was managing hot metal trays on the oven, subsequently retaliated against on the spot by the owner. Highly recommend the course and chef men's teaching, but would highly suggest not to join courses managed by the toa payoh center, lacks accountability nor honesty.
Ms Ash is fun and spontaneous. She ensure students understand the topic and risk of poor personal hygiene.

Cooking studio very squeezed. Too many students per table. We sat shoulder to shoulder. Chairs should be kept when cooking start as two people tripped & almost fell.
