I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from your school on August 15th. I needed to book a food hygiene course for three of my staff members and tried reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp and phone calls. Despite my efforts, including speaking with the operator who informed me that the two ladies in charge might be off, I was assured someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any replies until the next day around noon, after I had already booked through another school.I was even transferred to the head office when I called this morning, but no one responded. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer who has regularly sent employees to your courses. As a result, I've chosen to book elsewhere, costing your school $500 in lost business today and thousands of lost business $$$ in future.I hope the owner reads this review and understands the impact of such poor customer service. I will never send another candidate to your school again and cannot recommend your services to anyone.
