为什么需要设立食品卫生主管（FHO）？

餐饮业将从年度评级制度转变为食品场所安全保障（SAFE）框架。新的餐饮执照将于2022年7月1日起实施SAFE框架。从2023年1月1日开始，现有的食品场所将在其餐饮执照续期时过渡到SAFE框架。

至2023年1月1日，所有A类食品场所必须任命一名食品卫生主任（FHO），如果A类食品场所想要获得金奖，则需要新加坡食品局（SFA）认证其餐饮业的食品安全管理系统（FSMS）。

课程目标

学生们将学习食品安全实践和法规要求，食品场所实施的先决条件程序，进行食品安全和卫生检查的方法，食品安全和卫生问题及纠正措施，危害分析和关键控制点（HACCP）以及食品安全管理系统（FSMS）的概念和原则，并能够在工作场所应用它们。

Course Funding Options

Eligible Singaporeans can use SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fees, while NTUC members can utilise UTAP for up to 50% funding (capped at $250 per year). Companies can also benefit from Absentee Payroll (AP) funding at $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per year.

– Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents – From 1 October 2023, all attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore’s (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses – Trainee must achieve at least 75% attendance – Trainee must pass all prescribed tests/assessments and attain 100% competency – We reserve the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she does not meet the eligibility criteria
