  • Topic 3: The Learner will be able to execute negotiation techniques to achieve the desired outcome
  • Topic 4: The learner will be able to analyse the outcomes of a negotiation to achieve organizational objectives.

2. Assessment

At the end of the course, participants will be required to undergo an assessment for 2 hours which comprises of role play, case study and written assessment

Certification
