Manage Workplace Health and Wellness
By the end of the lesson, the learners will be able to:

- LO2. Organise research into best practices and data-related legislative requirements in employee health and wellness management
- LO3. Collect feedback from employees regarding existing and desired health and wellness programmes
- LO4. Identify future programme focus areas based on the current state of health and wellness of different employee groups
- LO5. Communicate health and wellness programmes to employees effectively to garner anticipation and buy-in

- 1 year of working experience in any sector; and
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 4 or equivalent
- Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in HR or HR-related roles, subject to the MR’s approval.

Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credits to offset course fee payable after funding. NTUC members can enjoy up to 50% funding (capped at $250 per year) under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) as this course is eligible for UTAP.
Companies can benefit from Absentee Payroll (AP) funding at $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year. AP funding will be computed based on the actual number of training hours attended by the trainee.

– Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents
– From October 1, 2023, attendance for all courses sponsored by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) must be conducted through the Singpass app. This applies to both in-person and concurrent online learning courses.
– Students must achieve at least 75% attendance.
– Students must pass all required tests/assessments and achieve 100% skill level.
– We reserve the right to reclaim the sponsorship amount if a student fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
