Course Objectives
This comprehensive bread-making class in Singapore is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to bake artisan and decorative breads. Through 32 hours of hands-on training, participants will learn to master various techniques, from ingredient selection to shaping and baking sourdough breads, and understand the science behind creating delicious, high-quality breads.

- Properly assemble and utilise utensils, tools, and appliances for baking.
- Select and prepare ingredients according to specific recipes.

- Test for doneness, de-pan, assemble, and decorate finished breads.
- Reinstate their workstation in compliance with food hygiene standards.

Mode of Training
The training is conducted in the classroom, just like in baking school. Each learner will have their own fully equipped station, where they can try their hand at making several recipes.
There will also be a live demonstration, where in-house chefs will be teaching and demonstrating the entire process live.
