  1. LO1. Select the types of social media platform and tools to execute the social media marketing campaign in alignment with marketing strategies, operational plan, budget, copyright and intellectual property.
  2. LO2. Apply the rules & regulations and terms to monitor campaign performance and effectiveness under organisational policy and procedures and refine action plans by monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness.
  3. LO3. Plan with the tools for social media scheduling and evaluate the use of new social media technologies

– Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
– From 1 October 2023, all attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore’s (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses
– Trainee must achieve at least 75% attendance
– Trainee must pass all prescribed tests/assessments and attain 100% competency
– We reserve the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she does not meet the eligibility criteria

Mode of Assessment 

At the end of the Food Safety Course Level 1 participants will undergo a 1.5-hour assessment. This assessment comprises a practical performance evaluation (PP) and a written examination, which includes both Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) and Short Answer Questions (SAQ).

Certification

Participants must attain 100% competency for all assessments to receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

Minimum Entry

Learners are encouraged to:

  • Develop Numeracy skills to a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3
  • Have basic knowledge on own work role and the corresponding responsibilities and limitations • Have minimum secondary school education.
  • Develop Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3

Our staff and course consultants attending course enquirers would screen interested trainees whether they fulfill the course pre-requisites which include the above WPLN levels. Learners who do not meet the WPLN Levels would be encouraged to take up the appropriate WPLN courses.

Any employee who plans to work in the F&B industry and handles and prepares food and beverages in an SFA-licensed food establishment, such as kitchen managers, supervisors, chefs, sous chefs, cooks, kitchen assistants, and food stall assistants, and all food and beverage handlers.

Any personnel who require a food hygiene certificate, food handler certificate, or food safety certificate.

Food handlers who prepare food and beverages in SFA-licensed food retail establishments and hawkers.
