I really enjoyed the Peranakan cooking class conducted by Trainer Maya in this course centre. 1st lesson : Made Achar, 2nd Dried mee Siam, Popiah filling. Egg skin and kueh pie tee cup. 3rd sugee cake and kapitan curry chicken.
2 downsides, 1st is the arrangement of sitting. The tables are not spaced out evenly and chairs are too bullky. Me and my partner always have difficulties getting out . Will be good to replace the chairs with smaller wooden stools . Better to instruct student to handle pot with hot oil with care, handle facing the inside of the table to pretend knock over .
2nd switch the flying pot to a smaller. It's difficult to share one pot of oil with 2 gps 4 pax.
