Japanese Noodle Making Course

Japanese cuisine is one of Singaporean’s favourite foreign cuisine. It is to the extent of becoming a syndrome as seen by how many Japanese dining clusters in Singapore. Japanese cuisine is quite similar to Singapore’s – both rice and noodle based. Noodles are one of the staples of Japanese cuisine, which are often served chilled with dipping sauces, or in soups or hot dishes.

Come and learn the art of making that sumptuous Japanese noodles (ramen, udon, yakisoba).

  2. Japanese Curry Chicken ⽇本のカレーJapanese styled curry filled with chicken
  3. Tsukemen つけ麺 Ramen served with rich-flavored dipping sauce
  4. Chawanmushi 茶碗蒸しSteamed soft egg custard
